1️⃣Reverse lunge, shoulder press w/dumbbell, go back up and shoulder press w/dumbbells again. I did 15 each leg 4 sets- 30 second rest
2️⃣Side to side lunge w/ small hop to a jump squat then back out for 2minutes 4 sets, 1minute break as it gets kinda tough
