Flat Belly Diet Drink.
At the start of your day, take a flat belly diet drink on an empty stomach. You may make this drink by infusing water, mint leaves, ginger, lemon and cucumber slices. Use this drink in place of your regular water for losing weight. Use one to one and a half liter of this drink daily and it will remove extra inches from your belly.
Breakfast.
After 30 minutes of using this diet drink, you need to take breakfast. In your breakfast, use one portion of quinoa chicken salad.
